Rockford University is a coeducational, liberal arts college located 70 miles northwest of Chicago in Rockford, Illinois. Founded in 1847, Rockford University has been named a ‘Best in the Midwest’ university by the Princeton Review for nine consecutive years.

Campus and Community

Rockford University loves their international students. Student Life

Rockford University is home to approximately 1,000 undergraduate students according to the 2011-2012 Fact Book. About 53% of undergraduate students at Rockford University are female and about 47% of undergraduate students at Rockford are male.

 

Rockford University competes in NCAA Division III athletics in the Northern Athletics Conference. About 25% of Rockford students participate in intercollegiate athletics every year.

Academics
