Yield Management
The Wellspring team works with our university partners to maximize yield by organizing university enrollment events with university staff, both in-market and via Zoom. These include seminars as well as personalized one-on-one family meetings, providing a personal touch and giving students the opportunity to ask university staff direct questions.

In order to elevate our universities’ brands, Wellspring leverages the social media channels established by our overseas partners. This not only helps our partners attract more students, it also generates international brand awareness for our universities by cultivating the reach of robust country-specific social media channels and audiences. Wellspring manages a curated network of agencies that have a track record of integrity. Our sales team markets our university partners to those agencies, which provides several important advantages. Wellspring maintains in-office personalized relationships wit h the line-level agents; fields all agent inquiries, questions, and issues; and pre-screens applications ensuring delivery of only full, complete, accurate, and actionable files.
