Dr. Shrader is the CEO of Wellspring International. He has worked in the higher education fields since 1999 - first as a research scientist in learning sciences, then building teaching communities, and marketing teacher education programs. Over the last several years he has transitioned to building a higher education marketing and recruitment company.
Dr. Shrader has overseen the growth of Wellspring International from a small start-up through several mergers and acquisitions to become one of the leading higher education marketing organizations.
Dr. Shrader counts himself as an alumni of Villanova University.

Director of Operations
Aspen Jacoby has worked in higher education for the past 12 years. For the last 9 years, she has worked closely with international students in Admissions and Student Services. Mrs. Jacoby began her international student career as an International Admissions Recruiter. She fell in love with working with international students and became the Designated School Officer and International Student Advisor for a University, in Denver Colorado. At Wellspring, Aspen works with international students every step of the way; ensuring a smooth entry into the United States as well as following their journey through commencement. Mrs. Jacoby earned a Bachelor’s degree in Education and a Master’s in Business Administration.
In her free time, you can find her spending time with her family or exploring the great outdoors skiing, running and hiking.
